1. Eligibility
   This competition is open to all individuals who subscribe to the newsletter on Paprilek Games during the competition period. By subscribing, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Competition Period
   The competition begins on November 2024 and ends when our Kickstarter campaign goes live. Subscriptions made after this date will not be eligible for the draw.

3. Entry Requirements
   To enter, participants must subscribe to the newsletter using a valid email address. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

4. Prize
   One winner will receive a t-shirt with one of the newts from Entreprenewt. Options of t-shirts are posted on our social media platforms: Instagram and Facebook. No alternative prizes or substitutions will be offered. Paprilek Games shall not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the t-shirt, and/or loss in connection with delivery of the t-shirt via mail.  In the event that there is an insufficient number of eligible entries, Paprilek Games reserves the right not to award the t-shirt.

5. Winner Selection
   The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries when the Kickstarter campaign goes live. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially.

6. Notification
   The winner will be notified via the email address provided during subscription within 7 days of the Kickstarter launch. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity
   By entering the competition, the winner agrees to have their first name and country of residence published on Paprilek Games and our social media platforms.

8. Data Protection
   All personal data provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for administering this competition and marketing purposes (newsletter subscription).

9. General Conditions
   We reserve the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated in these terms and conditions. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the State of Washington, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and by entering the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
